Faridabad: – Faridabad is located in northern Indian state of Haryana. The city is surrounded by National capital Delhi on its north, Noida to its north east, Gurgaon to its west and greater noida to its east. The city was founded in 1607 A.D. by Sheikh Farid and the city was became the part of Haryana in 1979. Faridabad is approx. 30 kilometres from Delhi and it is bounded by aravalli hills in south and west regions. The city is known to be the 9th largest industrial estate in Asia because it has about 15,000 small, medium and large industries which give employment to thousands of people. Faridabad is the hub in industries and multi-National companies. From last one decade the city is experiencing rapid growth in economy, education, real estate and infrastructure sector. Now the city is divided into old and new, Industrial and farming area is known as old one and IT companies, corporate bodies and government department’s area is known as the new Faridabad.
