Patna: – Patna, formerly known as Patliputra is the capital city of the Indian state of Bihar. It is the rich heritage destination which is nestled on the southern bank of the river Ganges. Patna is an ancient city of India and an ideal perfect place for history lovers. Patna was founded by Udayana, Son of Ajadshatru (the second Magadha king) in 490 BCE. Patna is the second largest city in eastern India and 19th largest city in India. Patna is one of the oldest continuously inhabited places in the world. Patna has the longest single river bridge in the world which is 5850 m long and was named after Mahatma Gandhi. Patna has a rich culture and the natives of Patna are from Bhojpur, Mithila, Vajj and Ang. They all live with so much love, unity and equality. Not only culture, the people of Patna are very traditional.  The city is the holy place for Sikh community because many of the Sikh Gurus were born here.
